Birthday Party FAQs

Can I bring in my own food for the party?

Every child will receive a slice of pizza and soft drink.  You can feel free to bring your own cake or cupcakes, or you may purchase a Castle ice cream cake.  No other outside food is allowed.

Can I stay at the party table for the entire 2 hours?

All parties leave the party room after the first 40 minutes and move on to the main party activity.  Please understand that your party area will be used for a scheduled party shortly after yours, so we do need to keep on schedule.  We do have two Private Party Rooms available to add on to your booked party ($100 room rental and the room is your for 2 hours; 1 in the event room, 1 by the skating rink).

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We provide all of your paper products, table cloth, plates, forks, napkins and table balloons.  If you are bringing your own cake, the only thing you need to remember is candles.  If you are purchasing a Castle ice cream cake, you do not need to bring anything.

Do you have party favors?

Each child receives a Castle mug at the end of the party.  We offer goody bags for $2.50pp.  Please let us know the day before the party if you would like to add-on goody bags to your party.

What's in your goody bags?

Our goody bags contain a Pixy Stick, a Castle bracelet, pencil, slime, whistle, sticky toy and Chinese yo-yo (assortment subject to change).

Can I bring a pinata?

No pinatas, silly string or noisemakers are allowed.

Is my child included in the base party count of 8 kids?

Yes, the base party price is for up to 8 children, including the birthday child. 

When I call to confirm the head count, is that what I will be billed for?

No, you will be billed based on the number of actual children participating in the party, above the base package price of 8 children.  We need the head count to best ready for your party table.  Add-on activities are also billed on the kids who partake in the activity.  If an add-on activity is not done, you will not be billed for it.

Can I do my main activity before eating?

With the exception of the activity bounce parties, all food is done within the first 40 minutes of our parties.  Please understand that it is very important to stay within the schedule of our parties to make the day run smooth for everyone.

Inclement Weather/Sickness:

All party deposits are non-refunable.  In case of inclement weather or sickness, please call us immediatly and we will be glad to reschedule your party.  If you have a mini golf party scheduled and it is raining, you can either reschedule your party or space permitting, move it to an indoor party; you will be billed for the appropriate party pricing.
